I went in for a $30 oil change. I ended up with a $1,664.29 repair.Do I have to say how distressed I was about that? Do I?? Tiffany explained why I needed the repair and the mechanic showed me... why I needed the repair. Yeah. I needed the repair.They had to keep my car. Leo was nice enough to drive me home andTiffany picked me up to get my car when the work was completed.I'm giving 5 stars because of Tiffany. She's very good at explaining what's going on, what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait. I'm very grateful for her help. If you have a question, go right to her.I waited a week after the service to write this review because I wanted to make sure there are no leaks or issues. So far so good.I'm not happy about the cost of the service but it is what it is. It was necessary. I let things go for too long so it all cost more to repair. I accept that.I have to add that everyone was super friendly. They clearly did a good job with my car. They were nice to me.Yes. I'll go back. And i didn't wait more than 40 minutes for my tires to be installed and balanced and I was out the door. I will definitely bring my car back for any repairs in the future. They have free... coffee and hot chocolate and if that's not enough, you get massage chairs in the waiting room. They got in me a new loyal customer.
