Great service, great people, what could have been terrible was only a glitch because of everyone here. I came out from a restaurant to see my tire totally flat and discover that I didn't have a jack... or a donut tire in my car. When I called and explained that I had an important appointment very soon, they quoted me a price to come out to my car with a jack and remove the tire and bring it back to the shop, fix/replace and bring back to my car. When they looked at the tire, they discovered it was repairable (cheaper) when they could have easily charged me for a new tire and more if they were dishonest like so many mechanics are. I've been here a few times, all for tire patching. They've been great at accommodating me, even a couple of times when it was getting near closing time.The customer service is excellent. They are... friendly and professional.The only minor gripe I have is that I don't understand why the person pulling my car into and back out of the garage feels the need to adjust the driver's seat and side mirrors. It's a 50 foot drive. Just bend your legs and move your head a little. You'll be fine.I'm probably more finicky than most, but I find it to be a pain in the @ss to have to readjust everything. Finding that sweet spot where the seat position feels right is a process for me that can take a bit of irritating experimentation.read more

They have gone above treating me with respect and figuring out the issues... with my car. Are they perfect? While my wife was shopping at the Sawgrass mall, I stopped at Nova tires because my car needed a balance, a oil change, tire rotation. The place is big, like 7 or 8 bays, clean, big parking lot. I went in for a $30 oil change. I ended up with a $1,664.29 repair.Do I have to say how distressed I was about that? Do I?? Tiffany explained why I needed the repair and the mechanic showed me... why I needed the repair. Yeah. I needed the repair.They had to keep my car. Leo was nice enough to drive me home andTiffany picked me up to get my car when the work was completed.I'm giving 5 stars because of Tiffany. She's very good at explaining what's going on, what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait. I'm very grateful for her help. If you have a question, go right to her.I waited a week after the service to write this review because I wanted to make sure there are no leaks or issues. So far so good.I'm not happy about the cost of the service but it is what it is. It was necessary. I let things go for too long so it all cost more to repair. I accept that.I have to add that everyone was super friendly. They clearly did a good job with my car. They were nice to me.Yes. I'll go back. Update 3/8/22: After posting my review the manager Leonardo called me and we talked through the review and the charges. He committed to provide a refund of the 3.5% credit card charge which equaled... to $40.35. Yesterday I went to the front desk and received a refund from Gaston back to my credit card. I have change the review from a 2-star to a 4-star.------Original Post:First of all the quality of the work is great.I agreed to $210 per tire which included taxes and installation then agreed to alignment for $89.My final bill was $1190. The math does not add.Turned out the alignment was $189 and there were Shop Fees, X and Y fees, and then on top the credit card machine charged an additional 3.5% fee for paying with a debit card which was $40 just to pay with a card.Any where you go nowadays you pay with a card and the fees are calculated into the service or good. Like I mentioned to the clerk this was the last time I will go to this place.read more

About prices it's other matter, depend if your car is expensive and your clothes too, all the other places charge you around $20 to $30... included all taxes to replace a tire, here you are going to pay no less to the double of this price.read more
